Wednesdays need more fun.

That's the idea Highlighter Wednesday started with. Life gets repetitive, weeks blur together, and we all fall into routines — so we decided to break the cycle. Every Wednesday, wear something bright, something "highlighter," and bring a spark back into the middle of the week. You don't have to save it for Wednesdays, but we highly encourage it.

That idea turned into a full apparel line, built around one rule: if we wouldn't wear it ourselves, we don't sell it.

Then a school found us.

A virtual academy came to us looking for spirit wear their students and families could actually order — something simple, well-made, and easy to manage. They couldn't find a vendor who made that easy, so we built one. What started as a side project turned into the core of our business.

Today, Highlighter Wednesday designs, builds, and manages branded ordering portals for virtual schools and companies. We handle the design, the storefront, the printing, and the shipping — so the people we work with never have to think about inventory, fulfillment, or logistics. Our clients get a portal with their own name and colors on it; we handle everything behind the curtain.

Quality first, always. Whether it's a highlighter-yellow tee or a school's full spirit wear line, every product is chosen for comfort, durability, and the kind of construction that holds up to real use — not just good photos.

Hands-off should mean hands-off. No inventory to manage, no orders to approve one by one, no chasing down a supplier when something's backordered. We built our process so our clients can set it and forget it.

Small enough to care, capable enough to scale. We work with a wide range of suppliers beyond a standard catalog, so we can build a program around what a school or company actually wants — not just what's easiest for us to print.

Our roots

Highlighter Wednesday was founded in the mountains of Utah and is now headquartered in the heart of Georgia. We're a disabled veteran-owned and operated company, and that same commitment to doing things right and looking out for the people we serve carries through everything we build — from a single highlighter-yellow t-shirt to a full school ordering portal.
